Mr. Sherman Tuan founded PurpleComm, Inc. (doing business as TelTel) and has been its Chief Executive Officer since January 2005. Mr. Tuan served as the Chief Executive Officer of Metromedia Fiber Network Services Inc. (formerly AboveNet Inc.). He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Purple Communications Limited since April 2002. Mr. Tuan founded AboveNet Communications, Inc., a subsidiary of AboveNet and served as its Chief Executive Officer from March 1996 to May 2002, Chairman of the Board since August 1998 and served as President from March 1996 to January 1998. He has extensive knowledge and global experience in the Internet and telecommunications sectors. Mr. Tuan founded several other high technology companies including InterNex and served in leadership positions with Acer Technologies.

Mr. Tuan served as the President of InterNex Information Services, Inc. from November 1994 to October 1995 and from February 1994 to November 1995 served as President of Tiara Computer Inc. which merged with InterNex Information Services, Inc. in November 1994. From January 1992 to June 1993, Mr. Tuan served as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing of Primus Technologies, Inc. He served as the President of Celerite Graphics Inc. He has been the Chairman of the Board at PurpleComm, Inc. since June 2003. Mr. Tuan served as the Chairman of Metromedia Fiber Network Services Inc. (formerly AboveNet Inc.). Mr. Tuan has been an Independent Director at Super Micro Computer, Inc. since February 2007. Mr. Tuan serves as a Director of e21 Corp., Broadmedia, Inc., United Connections, Inc., d/b/a Blue Silicon and U.S Data Port, Inc. He served as a Director of AboveNet Communications, Inc. from March 1996 to September 1999 and Metromedia Fiber Network Inc. (formerly AboveNet. Inc), from September 1999 to May 2002. Mr. Tuan received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Feng-Chia University in Taiwan.
