吳聰慶 Tsung-Ching (T.C.) Wu

Dr. Wu is the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) and CIO (Chief Investment Officer) of Asia Silicon Valley Development Agency (ASVDA), a government agency under the National Development Council of Taiwan, which focuses on upgrade Taiwan industry with IoT and innovation. He works on policy, industrial trend, investment strategy, promoting innovation in addition to improving eco-system for start-up company. Dr. Wu was a Co-founder and Executive Vice President of Atmel for more than 31 years. Listed on NASDAQ under ATML, Atmel has product lines in micro-controller, automotive and non-volatile memory with multi-billion market cap.

Dr. Wu has been a Corporate Executive and Technical Professional in Semiconductor Industry for more than 35 years. Dr. Wu is also an angel investor in U.S. and Taiwan for more than a decade. Dr. Wu holds a BSEE from the National Taiwan University, a MSES from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and a Ph.D. in EE from the University of Pennsylvania. He works as a volunteer to be the CTO and CIO of ASVDA to contribute his knowledge and experience for Taiwan.
